About the Role

Are you a finance postgraduate looking to build your career in Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A)? Deloitte is hiring Analysts (Finance Freshers) for its Global Finance Support team in Hyderabad. This is a great opportunity to learn financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and global finance operations while working with leaders across regions and member firms.

Key Responsibilities

As an Analyst – FP&A, you will:

• Support financial reporting and analysis for global business operations.
• Manage day-to-day budgets, review and code expenses, and reconcile accounts.
• Assist in monthly forecasting and book closure with Finance Managers.
• Coordinate monthly reporting such as T&E expenses, headcount reports, and ad-hoc analysis.
• Own processes like headcount reconciliation, travel & meeting cost reporting, and expense monitoring.
• Develop expertise in financial systems and tools like SAP ECC, SAP BW, and DTTL reporting systems.
• Collaborate with global stakeholders and support strategic finance initiatives.

Qualifications

Required:

• 0–3 years of experience in Financial Planning & Analysis, Accounting, or Operations (preferably in MNCs or global organizations).
• MBA Finance / Masters in Finance & Accounting.
• Understanding of financial statements (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow).
• Knowledge of financial and operational KPIs used by professional services firms.
• Quick learner with ability to adapt to finance systems (SAP ECC, BW, etc.).

Preferred:

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and reporting skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and reporting tools.

• Location: Deloitte Hyderabad Office
• Shift Timings: 11 AM – 8 PM OR 2 PM – 11 PM
