At Skill Before Chill, we provide instant access to digital content, such as courses and resources, upon successful payment. Because of this:

• All sales are final once access to the content is granted.
• We do not offer refunds for digital courses after they are accessed or downloaded.

Exceptions & Special Cases

We understand that honest mistakes or technical issues can happen. We will provide support in the following cases:

• Accidental duplicate payment
• Payment charged but access not granted
• Billing error from our end
