About the Role

We are looking for a skilled Full Stack Engineer to join our team in Bengaluru. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and engineering end-to-end system features, spanning from intuitive user interfaces to robust backend services. With a cloud-first and agile mindset, you will design and implement innovative solutions that enhance client services, improve efficiency, and solve complex business problems.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement end-to-end system features using .NET Full Stack technologies.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative solutions.
• Conduct code reviews to ensure code quality, performance, and adherence to best practices.
• Take ownership of tasks and contribute as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) over time.
• Participate actively in team discussions, brainstorming, and solutioning sessions.
• Optimize database performance and manage scalable backend systems.
• Leverage cloud-based integrations (AWS preferred) for scalable solutions.

Required Skills

Must-Have Skills:

• Strong hands-on experience with .NET Full Stack Development.
• Proficiency in web development frameworks and libraries.
• Solid understanding of database design, management, and optimization.
• Familiarity with Git or other version control systems.

Good-to-Have Skills:

• Experience with React.js for frontend development.
• Knowledge of AWS Application Integration.
• Exposure to CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.

Candidate Profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience in .NET Full Stack Development.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Keen interest in learning and applying new technologies.
