About the Role

We are seeking a skilled IT Data Engineer to join our dynamic Information Technology team in Hyderabad. In this role, you will be responsible for analyzing, designing, and delivering high-quality data solutions to support business teams. You will work with cross-functional teams, develop scalable data models, and ensure data is available for analytics, reporting, and AI/ML applications.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor and resolve open issues, priority requests, and job failures.
• Work on JIRA tasks to deliver high-quality data solutions.
• Collaborate with team members and business analysts to gather requirements.
• Design and develop data models / ERD diagrams for execution.
• Document solutions in code and update the Data Dictionary.
• Conduct code reviews and ensure best practices are followed.

Required Skills

• Strong programming knowledge in SQL and Python.
• Hands-on experience with SQL IDEs (Management Studio, Visual Studio).
• Experience in Data Warehouse design and modeling.
• Proficiency with Git and version control systems.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication skills (Teams, Email).
• Knowledge of Data Management concepts (profiling, modeling).
• Good documentation and technical writing skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Salesforce and Snowflake.
• Familiarity with AI/ML tools and cloud services (AWS, Azure).
• Experience with predictive analytics and data-driven strategies.
• Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and modern DevOps practices.
• Understanding of CRM databases, transactional systems, and application databases.
• Exposure to additional programming languages such as Pebble.
• Business domain knowledge in finance, marketing, sales, or accounting.
• Certifications in AWS, Snowflake, Microsoft (preferred).
