About the Role

We are seeking experienced professionals in SAP Audit and Implementation to join our consulting team. As part of the SAP IT-Audit function, you will work closely with clients to review, assess, and improve their SAP environments. This role involves conducting end-to-end SAP audits, system reviews, and implementation assessments, ensuring compliance with industry best practices while delivering strategic insights to business leaders.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with engagement teams to plan and execute SAP audit and advisory projects.
• Conduct SAP-related audit activities, including:
• Pre & Post Implementation Reviews (configuration controls, BBP review, Go-Live strategy, etc.)
• System Utilization Reviews
• Data Migration Reviews
• Pre & Post Go-Live Reviews
• Segregation of Duties (SOD) and Ruleset Review & Design
• SAP GRC Access Control and Process Controls Review
• Provide advisory on SAP processes and controls based on industry best practices.
• Deliver high-quality and timely workpapers, reports, and recommendations.
• Independently interact with CXOs, department heads, IT teams, and SAP implementation partners.
• Supervise associates and interns on engagements.
• Ensure strong client relationships, maintaining professionalism and trust at all times.

Requirements

• Graduation degree from a reputed institution.
• 3–4 years of SAP audit and implementation experience.
• At least one end-to-end SAP implementation OR minimum 3 years of SAP support in FICO, MM, and SD modules.
• Strong configuration knowledge across modules.
• Deep technical expertise in one or more of the following:
• SAP FICO
• SAP MM
• SAP SD
• SAP GRC AC & Security (Roles Re-design, GRC functional & technical)
• SAP BASIS
• Excellent business process understanding and communication skills.
• Global SAP certification is a plus.
• Prior experience in Big 4 firms (PwC, Deloitte, etc.) or system integrators (Infosys, HCL, IBM, Accenture, Wipro, TCS, Siemens) is an advantage.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in SAP financial implementation, SAP audit/advisory, or SAP security design/re-design.
• Bachelor’s degree (any discipline) from an accredited university.
• Hands-on SAP financial/security implementation or SAP audit experience (both preferred).
• Consulting experience with team leadership responsibilities is a plus.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, facilitation, and presentation skills.
• Strong problem-solving, analytical, and documentation/report writing skills.
• Ability to work under pressure with stringent deadlines and extended hours if required.
• Willingness to travel within India or abroad for long-term assignments.
• Strong values, integrity, and ability to lead by example.

Selection Process

• 2–3 rounds of personal or telephonic interviews.
• Evaluation based on technical expertise, fitment, and communication skills.
